Sunday= “ Bloody Hell it’s Monday tomorrow - better get my myself together”
Monday = “Just got to get through this week”
Tuesday = “how many more days till the weekend?”
Wednesday= “I’m knackered BUT only 3 more get up’s”
Thursday= “Please God let it be Friday”
Friday= “Thank God for that, just one more day to get through”
Saturday= “Yaaay ….. oh, wait, I have a whole house to clean and loads of stuff to do at home”
Sunday= “ Bloody Hell it’s Monday tomorrow - better get my myself together”
Hmmmm - something is not right here. Is there another way of ‘framing’ my thinking about each day?
