When we feel stressed, we can feel overwhelmed and anxious. Things feel unmanageable. We might find our mind racing to the extent that we struggle to see the wood for the trees.
It can feel quite paralysing.
We can’t always control the stress in our lives - it often creeps in as an unwanted visitor BUT we CAN control how we relate to it and manage it.
Through Mindfulness Practice we can :
💙learn to work with stress and respond skillfully.
💙find time to allow our racing mind to settle so that we can see more clearly.
💙learn to develop our sense of self kindness that will allow us to let go of thoughts that are unhelpful.
And though life will always throw challenges our way, we can learn to navigate our journey with more objectivity and self compassion.
