We live life in the future or the past , but rarely in the present.  Mulling over what has been and worrying about what might be, our ever busy minds can make it difficult for us to switch off, sometimes making us feel stressed or anxious.

Through Mindfulness Practice, we can begin to create space for us to just 'be' in the here and now.

We can more skillfully manage the way we react to the daily challenges of life. Mindfulness can enable us to be more present in the Now and allow us to step out of 'autopilot' .

At Heart Mind Body, we offer online classes, in person retreats and extended courses including the Mindfulness Association's 8 week 'Mindfulness Based Living Course'.
